Senior Sessions

Senior year feels like it lasts forever — and then somehow it doesn’t. Your session is a chance to capture who you are right now, before the next chapter rewrites everything. We photograph where you feel most like yourself, keep it moving, keep it fun, and let the photos be as real and as exciting as you.

Portraits

This could be you and your person. Your whole family. Just you, finally. Whoever it is — a portrait session is a way of saying this moment mattered, and I want to help you remember it forever. Good light has a way of making anywhere feel magical — and anywhere works when the light is right.

Every session is different and pricing reflects that. Reach out and I’ll send over my full guide — no pressure, no pitch, just a real conversation about what you’re dreaming of.

Senior Sessions

For the senior who’s ready. And the parent who isn’t quite.

Seniors

This one’s yours — your locations, your outfits, your energy. We build the whole session around what makes you feel most like yourself, and then we go have the best time doing it. I’ll guide you through some beautiful moments and let plenty of others unfold on their own — the mix is always where the magic lives. Expect to move around a lot, laugh more than you planned, and end up with a gallery that genuinely surprises you. Shooting locally or ready to travel — wherever you want to take this, let’s go.

Parents

You already know how fast this is going — this is your chance to slow it down, just for an hour, and capture your kid exactly as they are right now: on the edge of everything, fully themselves, more ready than they know. Some moments are guided, some just happen — and honestly, the ones that just happen are always the ones you’ll come back to. You’ll walk away with images that feel completely genuine — the kind that take your breath away a little when they arrive in your inbox. Available near and far. If you have a dream location, bring it.

Senior Session FAQ

01. How far in advance should we book?

As early as possible — especially if you’re targeting golden hour in fall. I’d recommend reaching out at least 6-8 weeks before your ideal session date, though some of my most popular dates book months in advance.

02. How do we officially secure our date?

Once we’ve connected and you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over a contract and retainer invoice. A non-refundable retainer fee is required to officially secure your session date — your spot is not held until both the contract is signed and the retainer is received. After that, you’re officially on the books and we are doing this!

03. How much does a senior session cost?

Pricing is based on the collection you choose — each one includes a different number of images and digital downloads, with optional add-ons like prints and albums. I’ll send over my full pricing guide after we connect so you can look through everything at your own pace. No pressure, no rush.

04. How many photos will we receive?

It depends on the collection you select — from a curated highlight set to a full gallery. We’ll walk through the options together so you can choose what feels right. Fair warning: you’re going to have a very hard time picking your favorites.

05. What time of day should we schedule our session?

Golden hour is the ideal time — hands down. That’s the hour before sunset when the light is warm, glowy, and absolutely magical. We’ll typically plan to start roughly an hour before sunset so we have time to ease in and build toward that stunning golden light at the end. It’s worth timing your session around and I’ll always recommend it first. Not sure when sunset is on your date? Just ask — I’ll help you figure out the perfect start time.

06. Do you photograph guy seniors too?

Absolutely — and I love it. I work just as well with guys as I do with girls, and honestly some of my favorite sessions have been with senior guys. No awkward posing, no cheesy shots — just natural, confident images that actually look like them. Guys, you’re in good hands.

07. What if it rains or the weather is bad?

We’ll reschedule — simple as that. I want your session to look incredible, and that means working with good conditions. Overcast days can actually be beautiful for portraits, so light cloud cover is totally workable. If it’s raining, we’ll find a new date that works for both of us.

08. When will we receive the gallery?

Your full gallery will be delivered within 1–2 weeks of your session. You’ll receive a link to your private online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints directly.

Still have a question that isn’t answered here? Reach out — I’m always happy to chat. I cannot wait to create something incredible for you.

Weddings

For couples who want their wedding day documented the way it deserves to be.

A wedding at this level deserves more than beautiful photos. It deserves someone who understands the weight of the day — the months of intention behind every detail, the emotion that builds quietly until it doesn’t — and who can hold all of that with the care it deserves. That’s what I bring.

What to expect

I work with a small number of wedding clients each year, which means every couple I take on receives my full attention — before, during, and long after the day itself. On your wedding day, I stay close, work with intention, and document everything as it unfolds. I’ll guide you through the moments that deserve it — portraits in the light, the details you spent months curating, the family moments you’ll want forever — and let everything else breathe and happen naturally. The result is a complete, layered gallery that feels as considered as the day itself.

Travel + Availability

Based in Northern California and available for weddings worldwide. Whether you’re celebrating at a private estate in Napa, a cliffside ceremony in Big Sur, or a destination abroad — if the setting is extraordinary, I want to be there.

Coverage begins at $7,900. Fill out the inquiry form and let's schedule a call — I'd love to learn about your vision and walk you through everything.

Petaluma wedding photographer

I take on a limited number of weddings each year to make sure every couple gets exactly what they deserve.

If your date is available and the vision feels right, I’d love to connect. Tell me about your day — I’ll take it from there.

Portraits

Nobody has to sit still. Actually, please don’t.

The best family photos are a little of everything — some beautifully guided moments, and a whole lot of in-between. I’ll weave in a few intentional shots alongside the chaos, the connection, and the candid moments that remind you why this season of life is worth slowing down for. We spend about an hour outside in natural light, moving and playing and just being together. And the images that come out of it? They are going to be everything.

Happy to shoot somewhere local or travel to a spot that means something to your family — somewhere you love, somewhere you’ve always wanted to go, or a location you just can’t stop thinking about. Tell me where. Let’s make it happen.

Portraits FAQ

01. How far in advance should we book?

I’d recommend reaching out at least 3–6 weeks before your ideal date, though popular times of year can book much earlier. The sooner the better, especially for fall sessions.

02. How do we lock in our date?

Once we’ve connected and you’re ready to go, I’ll send a contract and deposit invoice. Your date is officially held once both are completed.

03. I’m really awkward in front of a camera.

Honestly? Same. I hear this from almost every client before their session — and then 20 minutes in, they’ve completely forgotten the camera is there. I don’t do stiff poses or forced smiles. We move, we talk, we laugh, and I shoot in between. By the time you see your gallery, you’ll wonder what you were even worried about.

04. How many photos will we receive?

It depends on the collection you select — from a curated highlight set to a full gallery. We’ll go through the options together so you can pick what feels right. Fair warning: choosing your favorites is going to be genuinely hard.

05. Can we bring our dog?

Yes! Pets are so welcome — they add so much personality and heart to a session. Just know that wrangling a dog and kids at the same time can be a lot, so bring someone dedicated to pet duty if you can. The chaos is always worth it.

06. What if we have young kids who won’t cooperate?

Welcome to family photos — this is completely normal and I promise it always works out. I’m experienced with kids of all ages and know how to work with whatever the day brings. Bring snacks, a favorite toy, and low expectations. The candid, in-between moments are always the ones families love most.

07. What if it rains or the weather is bad?

We’ll reschedule — no stress. I want your session to look beautiful and that means good conditions. Overcast skies are actually lovely for portraits — soft, even light. If it’s raining, we’ll find a date that works for everyone.

08. When will we receive the gallery?

Your full gallery will be delivered within 1–2 weeks of your session. You’ll receive a link to your private online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints directly.
